My wife and I are two keen gardeners and have been for many years. Now, however we are in our late eighties we have been finding it hard to cope and have been saddened to see our garden start to resemble a Lost Garden.
Recently, however we found Blooms Garden on-line and made contact with Hannah.
The transformation has been truly unbelievable at it’s a joy to look out a garden well groomed and even improved on the one we owned.

I contacted Bloom Gardens when our lovely new extension looked out over a rather drab part of the garden. Hannah came up with a great design for a new border. It’s quite a large area and keeping costs down was a priority. Hannah really listened to my brief; her design included relatively inexpensive shrubs and she also suggested dividing some of my existing plants (from other areas of the garden) and using those in the new border to keep costs down further. She was keen to understand the colours and types of plants I like and how much time I have to spend on maintaining my garden. Both of these aspects were reflected in the final design. I really like Hannah’s practical approach, and the fact that she listens and is realistic about growth rates, maintenance requirements and costs.

I asked Hannah to undertake a garden tidy in the spring and to replant in some areas that needed attention. Hannah’s knowledge of plants and when to cut back the various varieties was valuable.
